The Organic Pharmacy ensure your prescription is reviewed by a pharmacist and require your prescriber to confirm what clinical indication your medicines are being prescribed for; this enables the pharmacist to be sure we are supplying safe and appropriate medicines for you. If the pharmacist is in any doubt about any aspect of your prescription they will contact the prescriber prior to dispensing your medicine.
The Organic Pharmacy keep patient records confidential at all times, and will not supply your details to anyone else without your knowledge.
The Organic Pharmacy take every precaution to ensure that medicines sent from the pharmacy are received by the intended recipient. For this reason, we use a recorded delivery to ensure that the medicine is only delivered to the patients/customers registered address. The Organic Pharmacy use UPS to deliver your medicines and once dispatched you will be contacted and be able to track the progress of your delivery.
