Can I Make A Change/Cancel My Order?

Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to make any changes to your
order. Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to make any
amendments, but we will try our best to do so.

I forgot to add something to my order, can this be added?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to orders that have already been placed. We would suggest placing a new order for the other items.

What if my order has arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete?

We’re very sorry to hear that something is wrong with your order. Please get in contact with our Customer Care Team who will be happy to assist you with this.

What is your Returns Policy?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your ship date. We are only able to accept returns that were purchased on www.theorganicpharmacy.com.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) are despatched the same working day. Any orders after this will be despatched the next day working day. Please allow extra time for orders placed during promotional events.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable. VAT (value added tax) of 20% will not be charged for items delivered outside the European Community where applicable. The VAT will deduct automatically before purchase.

Why Organic?

Majority of ingredients in The Organic Pharmacy formulations are organic. Unlike “natural”, organic standards are clearly defined offering full traceability and transparency. Pesticides used in conventional farming negatively impact the environment, disrupting ecosystems, contaminating water and affecting wildlife. Organic farming standards don’t allow the use of synthetic pesticides or herbicides, therefore organic produce and extracts are free from traces of those chemicals. Several studies have also confirmed that organic crops contain higher average levels of nutrients, therefore offering superior nutrition and results to their non-organic counterparts. Organic farming respects and encourages wildlife.

The Organic Pharmacy is Ecocert approved manufacturer. Ecocert is certification body that inspects and certifies products organic based on specific market regulations.

How “Clean” Are The Organic Pharmacy Products? Do They Contain Parabens?

At The Organic Pharmacy we avoid any ingredients with potential carcinogenic, endocrine (hormone) disruptive or neurotoxic activity. We formulate our products without parabens, sulphates, PEGs, BHT, ethanolamines, propylene glycol, mineral oil, silicones or chemical sunscreens

Are The Organic Pharmacy Products Suitable For Vegans?

Majority of our formulas are suitable for vegans; however, we are not a vegan brand. The non-vegan ingredients that have been used in several of our products include beeswax, honey, propolis, milk, glucosamine and carmine. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Are Your Products Tested On Animals?

We do not and have never conducted or commissioned animal testing on our finished products. We also do not purchase any raw materials that may have been tested on animals, the cutoff point being 1980.

Are Your Products Suitable To Use During Pregnancy And/Or Breastfeeding?

Some of our products are specifically designed for pregnancy (Mother & Baby range and Pre & Post Natal Nutrients). For majority of other products there are no counterindications for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, however if you have specific concerns, we recommend you always consult your doctor in case of any doubts. We don’t recommend using certain products that contain retinol or are stimulating in action during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please refer to individual product pages for more details.
