    I was struggling with night time asthma from a lingering chest infection, for which I tried so many things - from hydrogen peroxide (did not help), to quercetin, to zinc, to high dose vit C etc - none of which worked. This complex was a last ditch try, and I didn't expect too much from it, having not previously experienced immediate relief from a tincture. In fact, I was blown away: the very first night of taking this, the symptoms were noticeably lessened for the first time in 2 months. Same the next night. Thereafter, it improved to the point of healed. I stopped using it and have had one or two relapses only - which one dose in the day of this heals completely. I was truly amazed by this complex, and would highly recommend it. Tastes like perfume - but just dilute further to mitigate the taste... I will never look at the humble little lungwort plant I see about the place in the same light again..... x
