Faulty Packaging

I would give this product 5 stars for how amazing it is for the skin, but the poor packaging it came in left me unable to use the majority of it. The lid shattered during shipping leaving small chunks of plastic embedded into the face mask rendering it almost impossible to use. It is a complete and total waste. For a company that is trying to be organic and climate-friendly, they definitely missed the mark with their flimsy packaging design. Completely disappointed in what is supposed to be a reputable company.
