We use potent botanicals and our skin expertise to deliver highly sensorial skincare with clinically proven results, health-improving supplements, and cruelty-free makeup.
Manufactured in our own facility in West London, our products are available in over 40 countries in selective channels, from department stores, beauty stores, pharmacies and online retailers, to clinics and luxury spas.

Job Purpose Summary
Work across a broad and varied remit including packaging briefs, print collaterals and digital assets as well as technical artworks and guidelines where creativity, consistency and attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging
- Be the product design guardian ensuring
brand guidelines are met when creating a new product. - Update artworks as required to reflect
formula, packaging, or regulatory changes. - Deliver timely and accurate files to help
manage the artwork process efficiently.
Campaigns
- Work closely with the Marketing team to
create compelling in-store and digital campaigns, including all variants
such as POS displays, window decals, homepages, emails, presentation
templates, and more. - Collaborate as part of the marketing
team, researching and developing concepts across multiple projects,
creating bodies of work for internal and external approvals and creative
discussion. - Liaise with suppliers on quotes and
timings to deliver the best quality within our time and cost frames.
VM
- With marketing input, support retail and
distributor partners with planograms. - Design VM guidelines for windows and
in-store execution.
Sets and Seasonal Concepts
- Create concepts for sets and seasonal
campaigns, such as Christmas, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and
market trends.
Educational and Sales Tools
- Develop and refine educating and selling
tools, including training manuals, information sheets, press releases, and
sales documents.
Website and Digital Optimisation
- Work collaboratively with the eCommerce
and marketing teams to optimise website identities and ensure a seamless
brand experience online.
CRM
- Design all newsletters, ensuring
consistency with branding and effective communication of key messages.
