Reporting into the Global Head of Sales and Spa you will be responsible for building and deploying industry-leading training content and services globally. We're looking for a creative and inspiring Global Education and Development Manager ideally from the luxury spa and retail sector, able to create and deliver brand-relevant sales/product/spa-focused training that inspires and motivates the recipient. You will need to be prepared for extensive travel in this role with a split of around 40% of your time will be away from the office traveling.
 
Permanent ,full time hybrid position
  • You will develop the strategy that sets The Organic Pharmacy standard for training and education for both accredited curriculum and product & sales-based training.
  • Create and review the training & education materials and develop new protocols and content for all the NPDs.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to your team to ensure the successful and smooth running of the department.
  • Plan & execute The Organic Pharmacy training schedule with our distribution partners, spas and clinics.
  • Working in conjunction with a number of internal departments and training team, you will be responsible for the deployment of all training programmes for the brand.
  • You will oversee the delivery of all education programmes via a variety of methods ranging from in-person to online.
  • Strategically, you will need to ensure that all programmes are geared to each country's different cultural and commercial needs.
  • Constant evaluation of feedback from partners to create innovative and impactful new ways of delivering education, minimise input and time and improve on the post training KPI.
  • Track and evaluate the sales performance after completion of training both in the UK & Globally against budget
  • Build a strong meaningful relationship with our distribution partners, retailers and spas to drive brand awareness & maximizing sales.
  • Work towards integrating a digital first platform for education that balances the needs of classroom based accredited training also.
We are looking for an enthusiastic & driven individual who has strong communication skills and comfortable within a busy, quick-paced environment. The suitable candidate must be willing to travel internationally 40% of the time. You’ll be able to demonstrate a diverse and unique approach to training methods and learning technologies. You will have a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs. Highly organised, you will be able to manage multiple tasks at once in a time effective manner. You are expected to have strong project management skills, excellent presentation, training, coaching and communication skills.
 
Experience and skills necessary
  •  5+ years’ experience in a senior and high achieving role as a Regional or Global Training Manager in the luxury skincare or beauty industry.
  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ Beauty Therapy qualification, level 4 is a preferred advantage.
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) (RQF) Level 3 preferred advantage.
  • Level 3 teaching qualification preferred advantage.
  • CIDESCO Diploma is preferred advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Adobe is essential.
  • Proficient and confident in presenting and conducting training classes is essential.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Senior Social Media Executive

About the role
In this role you will oversee all social media related activities and be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the social media strategy, in collaboration with our digital agency. Focusing on developing and strengthening the brand awareness, digital presence and driving social media growth. The role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy and goals. This involves working closely with the internal marketing to deliver creative, social-first seamless activations, driving commercial KPIs.

Your key responsibilities will include and not be limited to:
  • Liaise with our digital agency to create, plan and deliver social media and influencer plans (organic and paid) across all social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
  • Plan campaign projects, content strategy, content creation, and community management in collaboration with our digital agency.
  • Act as the social content guardian, working on social content production, as well as planning, shooting, and editing. Curate image library to leverage across social media assets.
  • Work as part of marketing team to develop new social initiatives to drive KPI's i.e partnerships, competitions, giveaways, influencer content.
  • Continuously monitor UGC from influencers, micro-influencers & fan community, selecting key posts for approval & inclusion of social plan.
  • Engage in social media presence across all platforms to drive brand and assist build community i.e press, blogs, influencers and customers. Build strong relationships with fans of the brand/influencers.
  • Ensure regular communication with our audiences to build brand trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor and answer all customer service-related questions received on our social media channels.
  • Analyse and report on success on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis including future recommendations to test. Support wider marketing team with report presentations and post-campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Stay up to date with the wider digital/social industry and news acting as a key lead to share knowledge within the department.
  • Conduct regular competitor research to ensure our social media strategy remains ahead of the competitive set.
  • Work closely with our retail partners globally in planning strong influencer and social media calendars; creating bespoke and exclusive contents.

Social media experience, ideally in Beauty across IG, FB, and TikTok. Focus on IG and TikTok is essential.
Strong understanding of the nuances of different social platforms and the ways audiences consume content on them.
Experience in creating social media proposals and campaigns.
Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of SEO copy is viewed as a plus.
Good image and short form video editing skills, including how to shoot and edit on TikTok.
Good analytical understanding to organise and interpret data. Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media reporting tools and basic knowledge of Google Analytics.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Team player, strong relationship builder with wider teams.

Job Scope
The Customer Service Administrator role is a fundamental role in The Organic Pharmacy, as you will be responsible for engaging with our customers around orders and queries, as well as identifying and successfully promoting products that would be of value over the telephone and via email.
 
Key Job Responsibilities
  • To deal with customer’s inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Job Purpose Summary
Permanent, full time hybrid position
With both a creative and a commercial mindset, you will lead the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives (online and offline) to drive awareness, loyalty and sustainable growth. Liaising with cross functional teams, you will deliver the go-to-market and trade marketing strategy on the brand and innovations, adapting global content as required by the business.
 
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, our stores, international markets, UK retail / e-tail partners, spas / clinics, your key responsibilities will include.:
Trade marketing
  • Create strong trade marketing plans to drive business across our channels within budget, through assets, digital activation, VM, sampling.
  • Build and maintain the activation calendar across all channels and ensure communication to partners internally and externally.
  • Adapt Global brand presentations as needed to communicate efficiently.
  • Customise Global content to retailers / e-tailers needs, and provide the assets required for offline and online activation.
  • Analyse sell-out results and ROI of promotional activities and events.

Events

Go-to-market

Job Purpose Summary 

You will lead our portfolio and NPD strategy based on thorough understanding of the brand and business requirements in terms of positioning, sales, margin, COGs to help deliver sustainable growth. Liaising with cross functional teams, you will manage brand and product projects from ideation to launch, and provide unique storytelling and content needed across our channels (own stores, own website, retail / e-tail, spas and clinics). 

Key Responsibilities 

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include: 

Global brand and content strategy 

  • Understand and track key drivers of brand and portfolio performance, including trends, channels, competitors’ activity. 

  • Analyse market data to identify new category / product, price, communication and animation opportunities. 

  • Develop and brief copy, shootings, and creative 360 campaigns to showcase the brand uniqueness within budget, in close collaboration with the Trade Activation Manager. 

Product development 

  • Recommend the product innovation strategy and long-term NPD pipeline that reflect the brand vision, mission, goals and values. 

  • Develop unique and compelling product positioning and messaging. 

  • Drive the execution of the product lifecycle including market research and competitive analysis (packaging, claims, prices, …), retroplanning, briefing the R&D and purchasing teams and working closely with them on formula and packaging, leading the artworks process. 

  • Keep both product launch calendar and product catalogue updated, and recommend discontinuations when necessary. 

 

Marketing support 

  • Provide marketing presentations on brand and launch packs on all innovations. 

  • Create toolboxes to ensure teams have correct and consistent product and brand information to successfully launch. 

  • Liaise with the Training team to ensure product and brand information is up to date. 

  • Recommend and develop the samples, GWPs, gift sets, POS material and other animation SKUs based on market feedback and in collaboration with the Trade Activation Manager. 

Skills 

  • Relevant experience in global brand management delivering strong product, packaging and creative briefs. 

  • A first experience in beauty or food NPD is essential. 

  • Proficient use of Powerpoint and Excel. 

  • Knowledge of Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus. 

  • Project management and ability to work with cross functional teams. 

  • Experience working with external partners like design agencies, studios, packaging or fragrance suppliers. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
