How long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same working day. Any orders after this will be despatched the next day working day. Please allow extra time for orders placed during promotional events.
How long does delivery take?
All orders placed up until 1pm will still be despatched the same day Monday - Thursday.
UK
- Standard delivery 2-3 working days. Royal Mail 48-72 hours - £3.99 or Free on orders over £30
- Next day – orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. Royal Mail 24 hours - £ 4.95
Europe
- Standard delivery between 2-7 days.

USA

Duty and VAT
The delivery cost does not include any appliable duty, customs tariffs, or import charges that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee, unless collected at checkout.
For orders shipped to the European Union: as of 1st July 2026, the EU has removed it's previous €150 duty-free threshold for goods imported from outside the EU. Orders valued at €150 or below are now subject to a temporary flat customs duty of €3 per item (this is based on each HS code invoiced and is an interim rate applying until 1st July 2028, after which standard duty rates based on the product classification will apply). Orders valued above €150 remain subject to standard customs duty, as before.
VAT (value added tax) will be charged for items delivered outside the United Kingdom where applicable, and will reflect at time of purchase, this will be based on the VAT rate of the consignees home country. Import VAT are the reasonability of the recipient, except where collected at checkout. If goods are refused due to customs reasons, at 20% return fee is applicable.

Russia, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Ukraine, Belarus, Vietnam and Turkey due to import restriction
Germany, Israel, Portugal, Spain and Austria due to distribution agreement issue
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent by tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please contact our Customer Care Team if you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery time.
Returns
What is your Returns Policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on unopened/unused goods returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, excluding our supplements range. We are only able to accept returns that were purchased on www.theorganicpharmacy.com. The goods must be in the original package and unused.
