At The Organic Pharmacy we are very fortunate to have an exceptional team doing an exceptional job and I wanted to write a personal note from myself and the T.O.P team, to you, our valued customers.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 late last year, we have all been navigating unprecedented circumstances. As a registered pharmacy, a well-being practitioner and organic skincare manufacturer we have been working responsibly to support our customers and retail partners as this situation has unfolded, remaining as reactive as possible. The health and safety of our customers and The Organic Pharmacy family is our top priority.

After the very difficult decision was made to temporarily close our stores, it is our priority to ensure we can continue to offer as much advice as possible through - having taken steps to best secure a continued delivery service. For some time we have been operating measures over and above our usual very high standards, through our London production and distribution facilities, to safeguard our product and production team. Our Customer Services Team will continue to be available to help on the telephone or via email and we will always provide updates via our web page, social media and regular mailers.

We have been inundated with questions regarding our immunity and mood-boosting products, as a brand, health is at the heart of everything we do and over the coming days and weeks we will be providing tips and advice on small ways to help boost your wellbeing.

We will all need to remain adaptable in our efforts, focused on what is important and as much as possible, positive through our changing circumstances, doing our best for ourselves, our loved ones and where possible our communities.
