Welcome to our Organic Glam website. We provide the services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Site and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Site under English law you must: (a) register on the Site; and (b) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
2. Language
This contract shall be concluded in English.
3. Prices
All prices indicated for products available via the Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. All UK customers are subject to 20% VAT, for export this VAT is deducted however local import duties and taxes are not included and the responsability of the customer.
4. Product Descriptions
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the Site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colour representations on the web site are indicative only and may not be a true indication of the colour of the product. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy.
5. Purchase Related Policies
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you purchase or otherwise receive from us.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions or if we identify a product or pricing error.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
8. Delivery
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See delivery section of the site. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
9. Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery provided that you tell us within seven working days after the day on which you received the products that you intend to return the item.
Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of seven working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at orders@theorganicpharmacy.com or by calling us on the following number (open 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) 0207 351 2232 and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned. Any notice given by you after this period shall not be effective to entitle you to return your goods or receive a refund. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that been opened or used. All returns must be in their original packaging and original condition.
Your statuary rights are not affected.
