Reports To: Head of Marketing & PR
Type of Position: Unpaid internship 6/9 months – Full time 8.45am/5.30pm
Start date: September 2010
Location: London Head Office (SW7)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an extremely motivated, focused and well organised individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing & PR Manager.

Duties will include supporting in-store marketing initiatives with the organisation of special events and attending some of these events, supporting the development of corporate business, liaising with charities, organising day-to-day product send outs for PR purposes and much more, promising to give you a valuable and challenging experience.

The ideal candidate, working towards a Marketing degree or qualification, will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, a keen interest in health and beauty products and the industry, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must be able to multi-task and show good use of initiative.

Minimum of 6 months placement.

Retail Store Manager

We have an excellent opportunity for an individual  with leadership and outstanding customer service skills to join our central London store and work with our phenomenal products.

 As Store Manager you will manage, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and motivate your team to share in The Organic Pharmacy's unique vision and approach to health and beauty. Informative, caring and knowledgeable you will lead your team by example and help achieve sales targets with style, glamour and compassion. You will ensure each client has an exceptional experience every time.

 You will have a strong commercial understanding and ability to analyse and organise and to set targets and review the performance of your business including managing all paperwork and control stock.

Homeopath/ Retail

Senior Beauty Therapist

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Beauty Therapist for our  central London stores. The candidate must possess CIDESCO, ITEC, NVQ3, HND or equivalent standard. You will be based in our London shops as Retail Consultant focusing on the sales of our Organic Skincare and Healthcare range and performing The Organic Pharmacy Beauty Treatments when required.
