 As Store Manager you will manage, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and motivate your team to share in The Organic Pharmacy's unique vision and approach to health and beauty. Informative, caring and knowledgeable you will lead your team by example and help achieve sales targets with style, glamour and compassion. You will ensure each client has an exceptional experience every time.

 You will have a strong commercial understanding and ability to analyse and organise and to set targets and review the performance of your business including managing all paperwork and control stock.

As a natural leader you will have 2 year previous experience in a management role. Health and Beauty Management preferred.

Homeopath/ Retail

We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding and passionate homeopaths in our London stores.

This position gives the opportunity to prescribe over the counter and dispense from our Herbal and Homeopathic dispensary as well as seeing clients within our in store clinics. The successful candidates must be flexible and have health and retail experience. Senior Beauty Therapist

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Beauty Therapist for our  central London stores. The candidate must possess CIDESCO, ITEC, NVQ3, HND or equivalent standard. You will be based in our London shops as Retail Consultant focusing on the sales of our Organic Skincare and Healthcare range and performing The Organic Pharmacy Beauty Treatments when required.
