Job Brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and design team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels. This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
  • Prepare promotional presentations
  • Help distribute marketing materials
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  • Help organise marketing events

  • Requirements
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Social Media Management Tools and Google Analytics)

    Job description:  Graphic Designer (expert in CGI essential)

    Minimum of 2 years experience  

    Must be able to work quickly, accurately and efficiently. You will be required to work to schedule and proof read when necessary. 

    Must be a strong team member and able to turn around a high standard of work in a short space of time. Must meet deadlines and manage your time well. 

  • A superior knowledge of Photoshop is essential
  • Proficient in CGI (Modo) essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of the following additional programs: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Familiar with Facebook / Twitter / Instagram platforms.
  • You will be involved with liaising with suppliers and negotiating quotations and jobs. Have excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

  • Ordering and negotiating printed materials – posters, brochures, POS.
  • Photoshop- Excellent image retouching and composition.
  • Arranging photograph retouching – basic photographic retouching
  • Photoshop work – image retouching, image composition,  Head Office Materials – Training, Forms  Printing for training, stockiest orders. 
  • You will work closely with the Marketing team to produce the designs for store campaigns, advertising and in store promotional materials. You will also work closely with our training team to design training materials for the in store staff.
