You will be pivotal in promoting The Organic Pharmacy brand by ensuring a seamless customer journey from start to finish. This will include providing guidance to customers to select suitable products based on their individual needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of The Organic Pharmacy’s product display.

Key Job Responsibilities

    Job description

    The Organic Pharmacy specialises in luxury organic health and beauty as a manufacturer, retailer and wholesaler. Rapidly growing both nationally and internationally an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing person. A self motivated, mature and professional personality with a clear focus on delivering high quality results. A minimum of 5 years experience at senior management level is required both for internal and external communications.

    Duties include

  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to manage and drive The Organic Pharmacy Sales globally
  • Develop and execute business plans for TOP distributors and retails partners as well as building excellent relationships.
  • Work closely with sales and store team to ensure stores and retailers continue to provide excellent customer service and sales.
  • Work with internal design and training team and external PR to deliver consistent and excellent results.
  • Manage and negotiate with retailers space, design and promotion.
  • Manage distributors with regular visits and communication.
  • Set and manage budgets and P&L.
  • Strong leadership together with negotiation, people management and motivational skills is essential. Care and attention to detail and a clear understanding of business model and numeracy is a must.

    Job Scope

    The Customer Service Adviser role is a fundamental role in The Organic Pharmacy, as you will be responsible for dealing with mail order and customer queries. You will be serving our customers, identifying and successfully promoting products that would be of value over the telephone and via email .You will be based at reception dealing with visitors , training room and meeting calendars along with general office duties and admin.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    Customer Service

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the clients experience

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

    Mail order

  • Assist in activities of taking customer orders for products and merchandise by telephone, email or by letter
  • Consults with sales, technical, shipping, or administrative staff and telephone, email or writes letters to answer or advice customer.
  • Reviews completed orders for errors or omissions

    Communication

  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter
  • Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software
  • Reporting back to Store Mangers on areas of staff and store improvements to ensure high standard of customer service

    Record keeping

  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service at The Organic Pharmacy is providing
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use

    Self-Management

  • Comply with T.O.P regulations and provisions contained in the employment handbook

  • Staffing

    Business development
  • Participate in and create business development initiatives.
  • Develop on-going events in-store with support from the Marketing team and executes all corporate events at the store level (Gift Card, Beauty / Health Event and all specific events)
  • Create daily sales and clinic goals and review actual sales and occupancy - react to merchandising needs.
  • Maximize the business via a strong Clientele development and Customer files on Point of sale (POS), and finds ways to get new customers
  • Achieve status as ambassador of line by creating relationships with all associates on the Beauty and Health level as well as throughout the store

    Administration
  • Inventory Management - monthly counts, writes orders, checks orders received for accuracy and reports if a discrepancy is present, ensures that all damages are returned monthly, watches for incorrect pricing by style in system
  • Organize Rota and holidays to meet store requirements and maximize potential
  • Necessary stock takes.
  • Sole responsibility of submitting weekly/ monthly sales and marketing reports and daily sales reports to HO

    Visual merchandising
  • Maintain visual presentation standards – stock, organization and cleanliness, keep testers and samples in stock
