This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business.​ The Organic Pharmacy leads with innovation the luxury organic health and beauty arena – is the first and only pharmacy with everything organic.

Your role will to support our stores and stockists globally and to actively open new accounts. In addition you must be able to teach & train on products and treatments.​  You will also responsible for building business through new leads and opening new accounts, conduct regular business analysis and development with key accounts, assisting them to implement strategies that will secure future growth.​ The position requires a high level of professionalism, efficiency and customer enthusiasm at all times.​

Your primary responsibilities will be:  

  • Actively open new accounts both in the UK and abroad.
  • Actively service existing customers with regular contact/visits and information
  • Review sales targets with stores and accounts
  • Be the product champion for The Organic Pharmacy products and be the first point of contact for all related product questions
  • Help develop or produce all training materials for the whole range
  • Maintain the online training tools available to our partners
  • Answer all product queries in a professional manner, always considering different market needs
  • Develop appropriate training program for new countries but also for new products launches and treatments
  • Supervise our treatment menus and proactively continue to improve them - develop different ones according to market needs
  • Develop signature treatments for individual accounts when necessary
  • Train internal employees /​ new starters when necessary
  • Travel abroad or locally to provide training when requested
  • Attend Trade Exhibitions whenever necessary
  • Responsible for owning and leading the development of Key accounts and maximise ongoing growth
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Experience & Skills Required:

  • Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent CIDESCO qualification highly desirable
  • Teacher training qualification highly desirable
  • Good level and standard of UK/​European education or equivalent
  • Experience within a training position
  • Experience working with a leading professional skincare company
  • Hands on experience in aesthetics and beauty procedures
  • Worked in salon environment at senior level
  • Proven track record of increasing salon or clinic revenue/​customer retention/​number of customers
  • Strong business acumen
  • A complete understanding of skincare, skin biology and cosmetic ingredients
  • General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Have an organic life style

    Job Scope

    The Customer Service Advisor role is a fundamental role in The Organic Pharmacy, as you will be responsible for dealing with mail /Web, Stockist, Distributor and customer queries. You will be serving our customers, identifying and successfully promoting products that would be of value over the telephone and via email.

    Must have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience. Preferably within the beauty industry.

    Must be an experienced sales person with an ability and confidence to increase sales.

    SAGE 50 or 200 preferred.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    Customer Service

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the clients experience

  • Input of Purchase Orders and Stockist invoices
  • Assist senior managers. Duties will include helping accounts department and Operations when needed Mail order and Web orders
  • Assist in activities of taking customer orders for products and merchandise by telephone, email or by letter
  • Promote products and increase sales
  • Consults with sales, technical, shipping, or administrative staff and telephone, email or writes letters to answer or advice customer.
  • Reviews completed orders for errors or omissions

    Stockists and Distributors

  • Ensure order protocol and turnaround time is followed
  • Build and maintain a productive relationship with each account.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish with each account.
  • Pro forma to final dispatch, following up with any discrepancies.
  • Maintain an open and productive line of communication with all customers.
  • Giving customers live updates on development and stock issues.
  • Documenting all orders clearly and using relevant notes and references on live orders.
  • Ensuring despatch time lines are met.
  • Highlight all relevant issues to Head of Sales and Warehouse Operations Manager.
  • Complete the spread sheets documenting the timelines for each order.
  • “Owning” the customer care for each account.

    Communication

  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and letter
  • Producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software
  • Reporting back to Store Mangers on areas of staff and store improvements to ensure high standard of customer service Record keeping
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service at The Organic Pharmacy is providing
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use

    Job Scope

  • Responsible for the overall company in-store employee rota’s and ensure that sufficient cover for each store is made
  • To liaise with Head Office in regards to any in-store staff issues or development areas

    Business development

  • Participate in and create business development initiatives.
  • Develop on-going events in-store with support from the Marketing team and executes all corporate events at the store level (Gift Card, Beauty / Health Event and all specific events)

  • Maximize the business via a strong Clientele development and Customer files on Point of sale (POS), and finds ways to get new customers

    Administration

  • Inventory Management - monthly counts, writes orders, checks orders received for accuracy and reports if a discrepancy is present, ensures that all damages are returned monthly, watches for incorrect pricing by style in system
  • Directly responsible for your own stores employee rota and holidays to meet store requirements and maximize potential
  • Necessary stock takes when required.
  • Sole responsibility of submitting weekly/ monthly sales and marketing reports and daily sales reports to HO

    Visual merchandising

  • Maintain visual presentation standards – stock, organization and cleanliness, keep testers and samples in stock
  • Ensure that the daily walk-through are carried out prior to store opening and report any faulty lights, testers, glorifiers to the appropriate persons
  • Devise and adhere to an opening / closing checklist that will streamline the operation, communication and organization of your business unit and appearance

    Customer Service

    Responsibilities include:

    Website
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation - planning and conducting appropriate testing and optimisation strategies using data, user testing and industry best practice to inform our approach. The results of this activity will help form the development roadmap.
  • Working closely with third party development agency on web projects, improvements, bug fixes and updates
  • Merchandising the site in line with best-selling lines, strategic promotional offers, seasonal trends and marketing messaging

    Job Scope:

    Exciting opportunity for a new or experienced Pharmacist to work with Herbs and Homeopathy. You will not be dispensing any drugs as we only carry natural remedies. You will be working alongside a Homeopath and Estheticians providing all organic health & beauty alternatives. Ensure the highest level of customer service and care in work. Gain new clients and service clients in retail space, lots of opportunity for growth for the right candidate.

    Interest or experience with herbs, supplements, skincare & cosmetics will serve as an advantage. Pharmacists will be expected to have 2 years experience in & be able to provide alterative options to clients, training provided.
